Saree Combos — wrong item received

Sir/madam,

Today i have recieved my consignment afternoon. Very sad to see that i have recieved wrong items. There is no contact number or address in the cover.

It is the fault of my.. Which i didnt check deeply regarding the company.
I want your help in this regards.

1) if i get the address, e - mail id and contact number of saree comboz it is very much helpful.

2) actually online fraud is increasing in this regards because of couier people not collecting correct information about there contact details.

3) if a consignement not collected by the customer, the same will be return to which address or to your which office. Because your persons only collecting the cash from tje customer cod...

4) can u help out to re collect the couier and return back the money excluding delivery charges. And can you inform that the customer didn't collect the same.

5) as i said this is a serious issues and this will increase the online fraudness accross the country. And you are the mediator in this regards.
