Saree Dzire — Payment made but consignment not delivered till date

I ordered 2 Churidar last month by making full payment online but till date no delivery update or no report of where about of the consignment and no response, that's why i came to conclusion its a fraud company and i want action against them and facebook also post advertisement of fraudulent company.
