Sareego — saree with blouse damage

My order number with sareego sg28494.. The product is damaged, had whites spots, color different and different description... They are not providing refund and return link... The saree length is less then they have mentioned... Really it will not worth 1399.. Pls help me sir... They dont have customer care number.. They don't give access for our problem...
