Total scam and highly deceptive practices! This app advertised a "7-Day Free Trial" before starting the paid plan. Relying on their offer, I set up a UPI Auto-Pay mandate, which logically should only deduct money after the 7 days if I choose to continue. Instead, this app immediately and fraudulently debited ₹99 from my account without even giving me the promised free trial period!
When I contacted their customer support (Ticket ID: #LFRP-134364), they shamelessly blamed me, saying I entered my UPI PIN. Anyone with basic knowledge knows that a UPI PIN is required to authorize a future mandate, not to make an immediate forced debit.
I have already filed an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No: 9603862) against their unfair trade practices. Do not download this app if you care about your hard-earned money. Absolute daylight robbery! Was this information helpful? |
