Sari Bhandar — refund for cheap quality product with order no. 32930

Hi complaint forum,

I am highly depressed with the quality of the product saree bhandar provides. My mother orders a saree from sari bhandar with order id 32930 delivered today i. E. 18th july 2019. The quality of the so called linen saree delivered is so damn cheap i dont think any signle human being would wear it. I believe the sari bhandar lady/guy who runs the business doesnot know how to deal with customers. Those people have two phone numbers i. E. [protected] and [protected]. Both the numbers are either switched off or being transferred to a switched off number.

How can the people be so fake like the quality of their saree.

1. The saree is torn
2. Doesnot have any linen thread in it which could prove it as linen saree
3. Color is not black it is grey. I hope lighting issue is not tht variant while clicking saree pic.
4. Saree picture shows pom pom but the product received has no pom pom.. Duh...

I need the refund of rs 1649/- given to you sari bhandar guys. Please process my refund and take back this worthless product from me.
