This is regarding the two sarees i bought online from the above mentioned site of saribhandar paying 2050 inr online. The order no. Of this purchase is 15145.
The sarees which were in the site and the ones which i received are nowhere comparable wrt to its appearance, quality or the type of saree which was in the site.
I emailed to the site to their email id given in the site '[protected]@gmail.com' with cc to '[protected]@nationalconsumerhelpline.in' for a refund and also for an arrangement for taking back their sarees.
I tried calling to their contact number in the site '[protected]' too, but always comign switched off
But have not received any sort of response till now.
