To the attention of management of sarihub and all.
We had ordered for a yellow - orange color saree from sarihub online shopping app last month. And when we received the saree the color appears different and the quality is also poor. We had several times sent email to the customer care of sarihub, to refund our full money to our bank account and send someone to pickup the saree.in reply we received customer care executive's email asking us to share the photo of the product. We did send the photo of same, the guy who is handling our case has stated that we have to send the saree to them by courier at our expense and that the full refund won't be given 250 rs. Will be deducted and balance would be refunded to our sarihub account wallet. This is ridiculous! They had sent us poor quality product and asking us to return it to them at our cost!!
