I found this portal called https://sarthiparivahan.in/ which promsied to help renew my driver's license. When I filled out the online application, I was prompted to enter my credit card details after uploading the form and documents, and was charged Rs. 1500 for the service. However, I have not received any email / call response yet, and they have just vanished. I have written several emails to the support mail id provided on the website, but no response received. No service has been provided, and hence I would like to get my money refunded. Was this information helpful? |
