Sarthi — transaction failed

I have done three transaction at 21/11/2017 amount is deducted but transaction is failed amount of transaction is 2378.60 rs. Many time i face this problem some time technically and some time maintenance of website. So please credit my amount immediately. As soon as possible and provide some facilities to customers throughout avoid maintenance of website.
