Respected Sir,
I am a customer as account ( [protected] ) holder of your SHG Bank branch Bhuna ( Fatehabad ). I have a govt job as a Health Inspector as working duty 9.00 pm to 4.00pm .Very busy schedule to reach bank time.
During Covid19 pandemic I have no any time to contact Bank branch. Now I wish to deposit cash rupees 25000/- and reached bank branch 3.55 pm one week before but cashier said time is over. Nex time I reached bank branch, Bank employee said account blocked and bring Adhar Card. Next time in busy schedule taking some time I visited bank with Adhar Card and cash. They refused to take adhar and cash by saying, “ Bring Adhar card photo copy”. I requested bank employee, by saying “ I have no time, please unblock my account to scan or photo copy in your branch”. They said rudely there is no printer in this branch. I requested them to scan Adhar and unblock my account but they said no any scanner in this branch.
I asked them to contact Branch Manager today on 19 july but branch manager found unavailable. I asked to bank employee for branch Manager’s mobile number. They said they have no mobile number of manager. Four bank employee are there. One by one I asked him to provide branch manager’ mobile number but they said they did not know mobile number and behave badly.
I faced many difficulties in your branch and bad behavior.They have no manners how to help costomer. Come to Bhuna PNB Branch and SBI Branch and HDFC Branch, I will show you behavior of branch employee. You are request to close my account in yous bank branch and transfer my balance amount to my other bank account
