Sarva U. P. Gramin Bank — Need the Account Statement from the bank and they are not helping at all.

I tried connecting with Ms. Reeta Garg from Sarva bank, as she is one who handling the account for our home loan . I am a co applicant whihc my brother Avinash Mishra and she is not responding to my calls . She also blocked my brother's number so that he cannot reach her . This is really pathetic experience . Please help in this regard,
