Hi, My name is Mohan. I have taken small amount loans from iCredit loan app. Now i am unable to do repayment on time due to COVID19 & financial issue. So they are calling me again & again & harassing & abused me. They are also calling my friends & relatives and harassing them because they have contacts details access of my mobile phone which is illegal as per your rules. I told them that please give time to pay the amount due to covid situation. But they are harassing me & my dear ones. These all loans companies are illegal. These are not rbi approved so how they can access my contacts details. Please help me from these issue. They told me block your PAN and Adhaar Card... Unable to take loans in future...
