It's look like a frustration of an employee who haven't performed well and chucked out of the company. I worked in this company for a year and learnt lot of new things and explore my knowledge for the business and Now I started my own business. Since it's a start up the facilities are less but if we show interest we can build our career. The words used by this employee shows the standard of it.
