I had obtained the e learning combo pack of survashikshan solution llp for my two kids. First transaction done on 14.11.[protected] and rest on 15.11.2019 of 10000. (Total 14000 - combo pack for two kids - 50 % amount will be refundable). Next i received the response of getting scholarship for both childs and asked me to pay rs 14500 (Told as refundable) for their scholarship registration which i pay on 18.11.2019. And also i have submitted aadhar card & back account number of kids for scholarship amount. They ask me two pay gst on scholarship amount 14922 (Told as refundable) which i pay on 23.11.2019.
After this all on i receive the pen drive for one kid and tab for another kid (Tap also received after lots of fall up on 18.12.2019. On 18.12.2019 i received call for agreement amount of 15000. Which i paid (Told it is refundable - only stamp paper charges will be deducted).

On 14.12.2019 i received call from suhani patil (My file manager) for payment of 2000o for registration of account with my account to facilitate the payment and if i do not pay then i can not get any refund / scholarship amount.

Initially while getting enroll with survashiksh solution this much expenses has not been explain - only cost of combo pack with 40% refund amount and e learning kits upto 12th standard for both kids was explain. And courier charges 0t rs 150 each tear was told.

Now i wants to log the complaint for cheating for rest of the big amounts they ask to pay and again asking amount for registration & linking bank account & mobile phone. (10000 each - total 20000).

They provided the wrong information about the product and making difficulties for refunding agreed refund and scholarship amount.

The institute / company has not giving any thing i written also told the agreement will reach by 23 dec 2019 but not yet received.
