Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against SAS India Trainings (Bandra) and a fraudulent entity impersonating Telus International, who scammed me out of ₹15, 999 under the pretense of a job offer. Below are the detailed aspects of the scam:
Details of the Scam:
Fraudulent Representation:
I was contacted by individuals posing as representatives of Telus International for a job opportunity as a Data Analyst.
They used fake email IDs designed to mimic the official Telus International domain, making the communication appear authentic. The emails were sent from:
kirti.[protected]@teluslnternational.in
kapil.[protected]@teluslnternational.in
These fake domains replaced the uppercase "I" in "International" with a lowercase "l", making it visually indistinguishable from the legitimate domain. This deliberate manipulation of the domain was used to deceive job seekers like me into trusting the fraudulent emails.
Collusion with SAS India Trainings (Bandra):
The fake HR team of "Telus International" informed me that I needed to undergo a mandatory training program offered by their "partner, " SAS India Trainings (Bandra), in order to secure the position.
I was directed to pay ₹15, 999 for this training through the website https://sasindiatrainings.com/.
The contact person at SAS India Trainings was Aditya, reachable at [protected]. I was assured by both parties that the training fee would be reimbursed with my first salary.
HR Round and MCQ Test:
As part of the process, the first round was conducted as an HR round via Microsoft Teams, where I was interviewed.
During the interview, I was asked to take an MCQ test on SAP, which I completed. At that time, I believed the process was genuine, and the company seemed legitimate.
Payment and Fake Offer Letter:
I made the payment and received an invoice from SAS India Trainings.
After the payment, I was issued an offer letter from the fraudulent Telus International, which I later discovered was counterfeit.
Professional Scam Operation:
The fake HR and hiring manager were highly professional in their approach, making the scam extremely convincing. Their contact details are:
HR Department: +91 [protected]
Hiring Manager: +91 [protected]
No Job or Reimbursement:
Despite completing the process and making the payment, I did not receive any legitimate job offer or the promised reimbursement.
Attempts to follow up with SAS India Trainings and the fake Telus International representatives have been ignored.
Supporting Evidence:
Email correspondence from the fraudulent Telus International team (from the manipulated domain).
Payment screenshot and invoice from SAS India Trainings.
The fake offer letter provided by the fraudulent Telus International.
My Request:
Immediate Investigation: I request the forum to investigate SAS India Trainings (Bandra), specifically Aditya (mobile: [protected]), and the fraudulent Telus International entity for their role in this scam.
Refund of Fees: I demand a full refund of ₹15, 999, which was collected under false pretenses.
Legal Action and Awareness: The involved parties must face legal consequences, and awareness should be raised to prevent others from falling victim to similar scams.
