[Resolved]  Sashi Appartment,sector 31, Gurgaon Haryana From The Owner Mr. Sandeep Sharma (m +91 [protected] ) — Not refunding security deposit of rs.10000/-by pg owner sandeep sharma as per agreement.

I would like to state the following facts:that my son sri souradeep ray rented a paying guest accommodations at sashi appartment, sector 31, gurgaon haryana from the owner mr. Sandeep sharma (M +91 [protected]) on 01/06/2016. My son paid one month securities of rs 10, 000 and one month current of rs.10, 000 on condition that he will refund security deposit at the time of evacuation. On 30/09/2016 my son left pg. The owner of the pg gave my son cheque of yes bank amount to rs. 10, 000 of security deposits twice both of which was dishonoured by the bank (Copy of bounced cheque enclosed). There after my son requested owner to refund the amount either by cash or online transfer through neft repeatedly but in vain. But still owner is harassing and threatening him and did not refund security deposit even after three months though he has no dues pending. I want to request and advise to all friends not to enter this pg as u will never get back your security deposit. Further i add to tell that initially he will give u good room but after few days he will compel u to shift u a bad room.
