Dear sir, I have purchased Washing Machine on sastabaazar.in worth Rs. 8200. Order ID is - 007518 Transaction Details are as below Merchant Website : sastabaazar.in Date :[protected]:29:18 Merchant Reference Number : 007518 EBS Payment ID : 46436554 Payment Mode : VISA Amount : 8200.00 Status : SUCCESS call received from - [protected]/[protected]santosh ketwal, Muskan) Mobile no [protected](Naresh mehta) They are asking to pay Rs.10500 to avail the price benefit of Rs 95K. I denied to pay. now they are denying to process the order. I asked them either to send the purchased item(or any tracking detail) or refund the amount. they are saying refund will come withing 90 days as their refund policy says within 10 days refund will be made from the date of the cancellation of the order. but I am not even able to cancel the order online.

You have been cheated. It is a fraud website. Please file a complain with police. Post an email and contact cyber crime police. they have so many phone numbers which gives there location. I have also been cheated and filled complain to police.As more complaints will be lodged police will trap them soon.

My order no is : 26878 It's. A chip service I purchased weighscale machine on 24/09/2017 today's date is 3/10/2017 they are not received phone calls nd last 3 days the number is switched off...on a same date I purchased another thing from Amazon they delivered my item on 26/09/2017 only 3days ...Mumbai to Vadodara is not far away ..you people r ### ..u have no value of others time nd money pls refund my money because now I don't have trust on u ...if you delivered damage pices ..then again I have to courier u again nd waiting my money
