Sasta Safar Dot Com — Airline ticket booking issue

I paid rs 19, 460 towards booking of my indigo flight airline tickets vide sasta safar booking id #ssf02050068 dated 04/07/2026 for hyderabad to trichy flight on 10/07/2026.

I did not receive e-tickets at all. Instead, the sasta safar portal kept showing "the booking is in progress." after some time, the person, mr yash from sasta safar dot com calls to inform, i need to pay more. When asked for refund, he says, it cannot be refunded immediately. Will take 5 to 7 days. I checked for the past reviews about this portal and found that i had been duped. Kindly help me in getting my refund. I am a lawyer and i can help you in legal affairs to put an end to such fraudulent activities of sasta safar dot com and incarcerate them.
