Sasta Sundar — Defective item delivered

I am a regular customer of your service from the initial days and till date availing it but unfortunately I found a product named Hicks thermometer which is not functioning from the date of purchase but which came into my consideration only 2days back since it's a Medical product and only at the time of medical emergency we use such products.
So after founding that the product is not functioning I complained about the same to your customer care service providers but nobody is able to provide any help since according to them it's return day is over. But i would like to bring to your notice that-

1. The product page states that the product is under warranty till 1yr and in case of any service issue we can contact the seller.

2. The page states that the from the date of delivery the return is to be counted so i received the product as per your system on 18/7/2022 and i have raised a complaint before your organization on 18/8/2022 via mail.

3. A medical products functionality can be understood only when it is being required not generally.. in that case when all my Thermometer is showing temperature your delivered thermometer is not working and showing no change in temperature so it clearly indicates defect in the product.

Thus considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances i am eligible for replacement or return from your organization 's end since your products page assures the same and i being a customer believe what it states and on such belief i purchase products but it's disheartening to find that the customers are been misguided.
