Satavahana University — 2nd sem examination fee

As i was suffering from jaundice and and a severe migrane attack i did not given my examination fee after my relief i went to shatavhana university taking application from my college that please accept my examination fee and i said above problem in a honest way they sppoke wery rude and they did not accept my examination fee aaplication of 2nd sem i went twice and twice and also i paid my full college fee then my college is also not corperating me this the platform where i can raise a voice so please iam requesting the shatavahana university to take my exam fee and issue my hallticket hope you understand my fellings exams are starting from may 15 please please issue my hallticket or else i commit a suicide. This is not the way to behave a student like this please please
