Satavahana University — degree convocation certificate not received

Sir,
I have completed degree from government degree & pg collage for women karimnagar in the year april - 2017. As per notification issued by the satavahana university authorities karimnagar, i have applied for degree convocation certificate through online on 29/07/2019. Requisite fee of rs. 1000/- also paid through net banking with transaction id : 103639. But i have not received the said cerficate till today. Hence i request you to send the certificate as early as possible.
