[Resolved] Medavakkam Cable TV — Frequent Failure

Last Few days Medavakkam Cable TV service is very bad and frequently getting affected. From our observation, there is a strong dispute between local CABLE TV Operators and SCV. Local Cable TV Operators have not made any arrangements till today after the Government notification for Digital Net Work conversion and they are waiting for Government's common set up Box, where as SCV is insisting for buying their Set Up Box.

Due to above reasons, 10,000s of Consumers in BHEL Nagar, Medavakkam area is suffering due to frequent problem of Cable TV failure.

Considering the difficulties, we request and suggest the Government to interfere immediately and take immediate appropriate actions for smooth functioning of CABLE TV Net Work in Medavakkam

We at Medavakkam are facing a major crisis in terms of TV viewing SCV is not bothered and my complaints with them have no bearing as of now. I spent 1200 rupees for buying a STB Now i feel it is a waste and I am switching over to Tatasky

I am at Medavakkam are facing a major crisis in terms of Cable TV viewing from Vimal cable operator. Last 4 months i am struggling, no response from cable operator.
I spent 1500 rupees for buying a STB Now i feel it is a very very waste and I am planning to switching over to dishTV.
