I am using my big TV, Card # [protected], for last 4 years. I am facing service related issue for last 6 months. I am having CONNECTION LOST issue quiet frequently(every 8-10th week). On complaining, they come an fix the issue but it keep on recurring. They don't have any permanent fix for that but every time why should I pay service charges to them for no reason??? For the last 7-10 days again I am facing the same issue, it's connecting and disconnecting very frequently(every 1-2 hours).
On calling to customer care, firstly I have to wait for minimum 20 mins to get a reply and in reply they are saying it's not a problem at all as we have checked from our end so can't write down a complaint. When I am requesting them to write a complaint or transffer to escalation department they are simply putting on never ending hold. I am fedup their service and wanted to raise my voice in consumer court. Lets hope for the best.
Also, they are so fake in filling complaint from their website, which is not working at all. I tried to log out a written complaint using their website but it never worked.
