Local DTH services — poor services by cable operator
dear sir,the cable operator do not provide well services to the public
takes more money then any other DTh services,do not provide full service .
i request you to takelegal action against the cable operator

Very bad experience. Extremely poor service.better u go for some other options coz there z no info about channels, remotes doesnt work smoothly, STBs are of very poor quality...analogue signals were much better. ..
it is very irritating. the only thing it shows is please contact your cable operator nothing else.poor service

I am residing of Janipur colony Jammu.
And consumer o[censored]r nerwork.and using Bedi cable's network.
I am complaining about signal many times to my operator. He said that u forcing him to install setup box that why signal is not gud. And the box costs Rs. -1700/-.
Some days before when his men come to collect rent of this month i asked him to check my cable and then come to me he directly said that cut the cable. I wont repair it. This is not the way to talk to ur consumers.

Our cable connection is so poor ... it is always showing No Signal... N cable operator also doesn't pay heed... we r paying the rent regularly. ... we are using Set Top Box then also such issues that's really a shame ... we r living in the Subash nagar near Water tank jammu... Please look into this matter ...

Sir mena 2nd of march 2019 ko new setup liya tha nd then 3 din tk usma channels nhi chla rha tha fir 5th march 2019 ko vo chl pra and then 6th of march 2019 morning sa no signal a rha ha mena apna cable operator sa bi contact ki but na hi vo humari call pic krta ha ya to phn switch off hota ha

cable operator — bad service
My cable operator is not listening to my complaint being made for 3 months as the clarity of the picture is not good and sometimes it is not visible too.
