Invoice no. 2910 dated 17th june, we remitted inr 39, 500 for purchase of a samsung fridge - rt39m5538s9 (The committed delivery date was on 20th june 2017).

On 20th of june 2017, contacted mr. Selvakumar customer services for delivery status. Mr. Selvakumar promised delivery by evening and on evening, he committed next day morning.

21st of june 2017 we tried to reach mr. Selvakumar but mr. Saddick picked and committed delivery by evening. Evening again mr. Saddick promises delivery by tomorrow.

We have remitted money and all we require is delivery on time. Request your support for delivery, please

No message that the product has been delivered to customer by Sathya Agencies to Samsung.
