Satija Motor Driving School R. K. Puram Sector-7 this complaint is against satija motor as i have paid full amount of Rs 3500 for 7 days. In which when i paid Rs 1000 amount.
I didn't attend first day class because of my father's health issue and I asked Upasana Mam to adjust this class. She said ok sir it will be adjusted you as soon as you paid the rest amount. So, I have paid the remaining amount of Rs 2500.
Yesterday on the 6th day I received a call for confirmation of next day class which supposed to be at 12 PM on 14th April 2022 but, apart from that she didn't sent any driver neither inform me nor picked my call.
And she said sir you are absent on first day that's why we won't be able to provide you further service. Though this matter was already being discussed with Upasana Mam.
This behavior is totally unacceptable and unethical as emergency didn't come with notice as i explained the same to her. Was this information helpful? |
