I am Ganapathy.V I had ordered a original ray ban aviator sunglasses on 13/01/2016 from your online shopping site BookMyOffer.com the original price value of the sunglass was Rs 5999 and after discount it was at Rs 898/-, I ordered it and got the order delivery on 19/01/2016 Reference no:[protected] but when I opened the pack I found duplicate and damaged aviator sunglasses in the box so replace original Ray Ban aviator sunglasses as displayed in the add and take your defective piece back, you have given an customer care no which is not reachable . this shows you are one of the Biggest Fraud company cheating people .
Hence I request the Company to please check the mail which I have sent yesterday and do the needful.

I have a similar complaint. I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses. The item delivered to me was a fake, not as advertised and damaged. What can we do that serious action be taken against this fraudulent site and online shopping portal, before they fool more people.

Also their customer care number +91-[protected] is a fake. The phone disconnects as soon as option 1 or 2 is chosen to either speak to customer care or for complaints.
