Saturn Infraspace Ltd — Breach of agreement by the company - real estate company

My complain is about the cheating done by the builders, who are not fulfill their commitment and with no option the common man suffers a lot.
The matter is that i have purchased two plots on 17.02.2015, bearing no(S). A-117 & a-118, (120 sqyd each) in the scheme name “goodluck motel & plots”, by taking loan from the bank . The scheme was introduced by the company name “saturn infraspace ltd”. The said plots are located on entire land bearing (1) revenue survey no. 622/1, (2) revenue survey no.627/6 & (3) revenue survey no.627/8, total admeasuring 70415 sq. Mtrs., situated at mouje: bagodara, taluka: bavla, dist: ahmedabad. The office of the saturn infra space ltd is situated at 4th floor, 406, venus atlantis, prahaladnagar main road, above gwalia sweet, ahmedabad. This is a new address of the office with effective from 17.03.2016.
Now, as per the agreement it was agreed that the company;
1. Pays rent of the said plots for three consecutive years from the date of booking @ 3% per month on the plot purchase value.
2. Gives postdated cheques in three parts of 12 nos each for three years.
3. The land will be registered as nonagricultural land with in a period of 18 months from the date of booking of plots, so that the construction on the said plots will be started.
Starting from march’2015 to august’2015 i continuously gets the rent on regular basis but from augus’2015 the company has started stating that they do not have money and they cannot be able to give rent. On continuous follow-ups i have received a rent till november’2015 and after that it was totally stopped.
I have purchased these plots by taking loan from the bank and with aim that whatever the rent comes it will automatically diverted for the payment of the bank emi and now, the rent is totally stopped.
Therefore the company has;
1. Make breach of the agreement.
2. Cheated a common people (May be 100 nos of person suffering the same)
3. The land which is not on the company’s name has been sold to us hence again made a fraud of the selling of land which is not on their own name. (This was comes to our notice now)
4. Till date the land was not made nonagricultural.
5. Till date no postdated cheques has been given to us.
6. Till date all previous postdated cheques were bounced due to insufficient balance and last cheque was bounced due to closing of the accounts.
Therefore, i humbly request to take a strong action against such de-folder builders, who cheats the common women.
I look forward on your prompt action and its request from a common lady, and also request to punish such builders and order them to reimburse all money on immediate basis.
