Satya Electronics (selaiyur Chennai) — Complaint Regarding Delivery of Display Piece TV and Poor Customer Experience

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with Satya Electronics regarding my recent TV purchase.

I had ordered the Samsung S90F TV with the expectation of receiving a brand-new sealed product. However, after waiting for the delivery and spending considerable time coordinating the purchase, I was shocked to learn that the unit arranged for delivery was actually a display piece/demo unit. This information was never communicated to me at the time of purchase.

This has completely affected my trust and confidence in your service. Delivering or attempting to deliver a display item without prior customer consent is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

After identifying the issue, your team informed me that the S90F model is now end-of-sale and only display units are available. As an alternative, I was informed that the 2026 model S20H would be arranged, but the expected delivery timeline is another one month. This entire situation has caused unnecessary frustration, pressure, stress, and waste of my valuable time.

As a customer, I expect transparency, proper communication, and commitment from a reputable electronics retailer like Satya Electronics. Unfortunately, my experience has been opposite.

I request you to take this complaint seriously and provide an immediate and satisfactory resolution without further delay. I also expect better customer handling and ethical sales practices to avoid such incidents in the future.
