Cesc is changing bill due date every month. There is no consistency in it. And because of it i am losing the benefits of paying discount og paying before due date. Are they doing it intentionally so that they will benefit by receiving the full amount without any rebate. To add to these irregularities now the bill for august 2019 has come before end of month.
