Savan Retailers Private Limited For Flipkart — fake product was sent instead of a redmi note 5 pro which I have prepaid & ordered

I have purchased the product from Flipkart against order id (OD[protected] for sister gift but she was facing an issue with the product (Redmi 7A (Matte Blue, 16 GB) so that, I have raised complaint on Flipkart within 10 days and I want to return the product & refund my money and I have already mention account details with IFSC code over the mail also I have much time confirmed to Meghna from customer support and Flipkart team everybody giving wrong information to us (dear Flipkart heads pls refer all chats and issues and close this earliest/ even I mentioned ac details with chat and e-mail on 11-dec- 2019. As per your employee, Meghana is saying your refund has been completed I have proper check my account details no any money received in my account details and Meghna is saying you will coordinate to bank also why I will coordinate my bank and when I confirm my last account details then your executive say my last account ****949 when as my last account details ****9499. Why refund my money wrong account ***949 ?? Kindly check and resolve my issue asap.

Flipkart is totally found taking follow-ups from 10 days for my money and suffering issues last 3rd of Dec.

also today I received a call from customer support Akshay he is saying again payment done on wrong account number everybody is giving wrong information anyone can help here with a resolution I don't what is happening in Flipkart but we are facing lots of issues I have shared correct account detail over the mail on 11th Dec 19.

Meghna/Shribani/Akshay working on it from 19th days.

Pls, help us to close this issue.

Flipkart is totally fround

Savan retailer is a fraud company. I bought AirPods from myntra which was sold by savan and the AirPods are not original and Apple has denied to claim the warranty. Myntra has also stopped responding to my emails despite several mails sent and calls made to their customer care. And no contact number of savan has been given on the Internet and on invoice copy.

20 days ago I bought AirPods from Myntra sold by savan retailers.As I have call n complain about it to Myntra.They declined replacement or refund.This is fraud.

Imei no sent me

Please give me invoice form.
