I am writing to formally file a complaint against Savana Shopping App for unfair business practices and failure to adhere to their return policy. Below are the details of my complaint:

Items Purchased:
Bra – Received in poor condition with faulty stitching
Bangles & Earrings – Faded color (gold turned into silver-gold mix, appearing old)
Delivery Date: 16-March-2025
Issue Raised On: Same day of delivery (via email and customer care call)
Nature of the Issue:
While ordering, it was clearly mentioned that the products were non-returnable but could be returned in case of defects such as:
✅ Faulty stitching (for bras)
✅ Color fading (for ornaments)
Since the received items had both of these defects, I immediately raised a return request and contacted their customer care team. Despite multiple follow-ups over the last 15 days, they have continuously refused to process my return, citing a "non-returnable" policy that contradicts their own terms. Additionally, they have blocked my email address, preventing me from further communication.
Request for Resolution:
I demand the following:
1️⃣ Immediate return pickup of the defective items (as per their stated policy).
2️⃣ Full refund of my purchase amount as the products were not as described.
3️⃣ Action against Savana Shopping for misleading return policies and blocking consumer communication.
I am left with defective, unwearable items, and I refuse to keep them. If this issue is not resolved, I will be left with no choice but to:
Report Savana Shopping for fraudulent practices
Take legal action for unfair trade practices
I request your urgent attention to this matter and expect a fair resolution. Please acknowledge my complaint and update me on the next steps.
