It is absolutely shame that you didn't notice anything which is happening in the organisation and not even took any single action after seeing this also, you guys are acting like King of truth and supports managers and organisation whereas employees struggling because of this.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your view of our culture was not a positive experience whilst you worked for us. However, we take any form of bullying or harassment extremely seriously and have zero tolerance approach to this.

The Management is horrendous, and the whole ### show is managed by a clown called "KEVIN" who is an absolute Buffoon ( uncouth, boorish and classless), a captivated monkey can be better. The operations floor looks like a dungeon and the roof has quick fixes with papers and tapes to cover damages. The Managers are spineless and HR are not given the power to question anybody!!! These nincompoops are not even good to raise cattle. If your idea is to just work at someplace, try a roadside food stall, cause it can smell better than this place. The "Only" good part of my experience is the company's product and V&A training!!

On my last conversation I forgot to mention about one more female who feels that she is the Diva of the company...Kamaljit Kaur she is the HR of the company if I have to compare her to a HR she would only know how to check things up with ROY/BIPLOB. Apart from flaunting her A55 on the Floor she does not know anything about work for everything she just says we will get back to you and over all the entire management will always be being other departments A55 pointing out others mistakes.
Why can’t they work as one team one company...I can see the future of Savebyswitching Global Solutions Private Limited getting into their darker shade and soon the shutters will be down.
There are many things about this company that I would like to share to people about it Guys if you are a dedicated employee and want to work sincerely and EARN your bread and butter then don't listen to any gossip don't involve yourself with any team leaders because apart from "MIKE" all the others are partial and particularly Selva, Samson, Diptanshu, Kalai are one of the biggest chut's of the company. Men favours Women employees and are always in search of that one hole where they can pleasure themselves and get the employees work done and even if they are a low performer because of these chut's they are safe and female favours the tamil boys.
Everyone in the top management knows about it... the worst part of this is they even have got a comity called "POSH" the actual meaning of this is "Prevention of SEXual Harassment" But for this company its goes like this Presence of SEXual Horny and guess who are the heads of it ###.
