Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against an online shopping entity, Savitri Boutique, which has engaged in fraudulent activities. The company, operating through an Instagram shopping account, has taken payment for goods but has neither delivered the products nor refunded my money. Additionally, they have become unresponsive to calls and messages.
The details of the fraudulent transaction are as follows:

Despite repeated attempts to contact them via calls and messages, I have not received any response. It is evident that they have defrauded me, and possibly many other consumers, by taking money and failing to deliver the goods.
I request the Consumer Forum to take immediate action against Savitri Boutique and ensure that I receive my refund. I am also enclosing copies of relevant transaction proofs, chat records, and any other supporting documents.
Kindly take necessary legal action against this fraudulent entity to prevent further exploitation of consumers. I appreciate your prompt intervention in this matter.
