Please help me. I did a form filling job at savya bpo services a lady called me to ask if I want a job in which you have to fill 1000 forms with 90% accuracy. They said if you get 90% accuracy them you will be paid 15000 rupess 15₹ per form but the admin charges which is 3400 will be deducted from the salary. But if there is not 90% accuracy then you have to pay the admin charges.. First of all if they have to deduct from the salary then why are they asking us to pay the admin charges if the are not paying us anything then why should we pay admin charges. And they send me a mail that i have done 828 forms correct out of 1000, which is not possible because I know I did them right. I was hoping that only 50 or 20 forms will be incorrect and the mistakes they have shown me does not justify. Now they have sent me a mail named legal team. And they are saying they will file a case against me and they also WhatsApp me the same thing some person named Sanjay rathod send a qr code to pay the charges and then I said it's not working then he gave me a number to Google pe or phone pe. And the number belongs to jayant shelar. I don't know what to do now. Their all numbers are shown as spam in the true caller and I cannot find any savya bpo services on google. But I am really afraid. Are they fraud? Should I pay the charges? Please reply ASAP.
