When you stopped service that time in our account there was balance.We tried to contact your land line number .
Customer care picked phone but we didn't get solution.
After few days your number stopped.
We got hope less to whom contact.
It's a cheating with us .Being a small player we are getting a lot of mental pressure due to this follow up.
After a long time now got this complaint site.
As IRCTC authorised OSS retails so IRCTC is also fully responsible for this.
Why it is so delayed and we are not getting any communication in our registered email Id /call back.

We need clarification and need all helath & wealth loss.
