1. If you are looking for a job in core it domain not in bpo/it help desk, consider sb3 software as the last option in your job hunt list.
2. They abuse valuable customers & employees as well.
3. This is not a place for qualified & knowledgeable people. They treat employees like their own maids.
4. Hire and fire rule has taken a different curve over sb3 software. If you are a bread earner do not think of joining here. Anytime, without an valid reason and any proof they can terminate putting a false allegation without providing any written piece of paper. They use fake accusation for firing candidates which is unethical and illegal.
5. You are going to find bunch of they have no role to play in. Do not expect any office decorum and professionalism from management.
6. Surveillance team just works as a showpiece over here. If you work hard from dawn to dusk don't expect they will be all praise for it. They are fooling their own customers with false certification and fake certified tech support.
7. They have no separate rule for it domain. Both the rules and moreover behavior towards the employees are same. You have to submit your mobile phones and other belongings for rest of the day, you can't even carry a piece of paper. Be ready to loose all your contacts through out the day. What the heck!
8. Last but not the least, management; precisely, md of the company is not at all technically sound and behaves like slum dog
9. They never hire employee, they hire consultant, so where is no leave policy for you. You will get the employment as per their wish/ by buttering operation manager and his husband. (Both are a good for nothing).
