SBI Centralised Pension Processing Centre — delay in submitting ppo to cpao new delhi

I Rekha Bijam D/o Shivprasad Bhagat holding PPO No.[protected] expired on 13-Aug-2013. After his death my Mother Rajkumari Bhagat is entitled for pension. Since my father has not register his nomination we have to submit all documents to CPAO from our Pay & Account Office. PAO has written letter to SBI, CPPC Belapur on 20-Dec-18 to submit my Dad's PPO to CPAO, New Delhi. I enquired with CPAO they have not yet received any letter from SBI.
