Hi there,
I have a policy in SBI General [protected]-02, I requested them to alter my policy by removing one person from my policy. They said they will alter and send new quotation but they didn't but they promised me they will get me a new quotation even after policy expired and they promised me the same even after grace period completed.
Now they are saying it's not possible, i could port my policy to other Insurance provider if they could tell me before policy was expired.
They are refusing to add previous experience in new policy PODIY[protected]. Was this information helpful? |
