I have a Health Policy with SBI General Arogya Premier Policy: [protected]-04. I had received Renewal Quote - [protected] stating that my premium this time will be INR 31675. I have made this payment on 26th Dec 2023 where as till date I have not received my Policy document. request to kindly help me get my policy document at the earliest. I have been in constant touch with their call center and RM.
In fact today I received a call asking for more money to release my Policy documents. Hence, I have no alternative but to approach IRDAI for a redressal.
