Sbi Ism Campus — Regarding cancellation of demand draft

Respected sir,

I made three demand draft of Rs 400 from SBI bank, which is located in Dhanbad, Jharkhand on 30/03/2016, and for making this the bank charged a amount of Rs 25 as an exchange rate.

Now after making the dd, I found the second day that I don’t need this dd any more and I went for cancellation on 27/04/2016 . On cancellation the bank again deducted Rs 115 and returned me 285 rupee only for each DD .

I told the service manager to see the cancellation charges once again, because as far as I know, no cancellation charges are there for amount upto 500 rupees . But they deducted RS 115 from it.
