Double instalments have been deducted in one month i. E. 1200/- instead of rs. 6000/- per month towards my rd account. My rd a/c no. Is [protected]. And neither been refunded to me nor adjusted in the next month's instalments.
I personally bear non cooperation of bank authorities even after my 5 visits to the bank. Some reform is necessary for the the smooth functioning of banking work up to the satisfaction of general public n senior citizens as well. I am facing very much hardship due to unusual cooperative behaviour of bank officials even after making several requests. I also would like to mention for your good honour that each n every employee is not irresponsible but some are, i could not mention the names of them which you could be better understood. But i sincerely n strongly suggest that there is a need o[censored]rgent n necessary reforms in banking system.
