[Resolved]  SBI Payment Gateway — Amount deducted from ICICI Account via SBI Payment Gateway but never reached the merchant.

Hi I have tried making a payment to Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust of ₹870. For the first time the amount got deducted from my account, but the transaction was never completed. I have initiated the transaction via UPI mode where the amount got deducted from the account, but the SBI payment gateway page was not able capture the details.

I tried connecting with ICICI Bank on this and they said the transaction is completed from there end. Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust show this one as a failed transaction where even ARN was not generated. I had to make another transaction to proceed. It's been 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for the refund.
