I need to do LOD, but RACPC, New Alipore, Kolkata, branch(sbi.17899), making delay and harassing by saying same word "Box files have not reached, come next week". This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable service. They don't care about customer's time and happily harassing. Please take an action and arrange my LOD asap.
