I used my sbi rewardz points to redeem and order 2 Instaplay Kids Box . I was sent wrong merchandise and also wrong quantity. I recieved the parcel, but in the parcel there was only 1 pouch and that one is also different than what I ordered. It is not what I ordered and also not the correct quantity. I am attaching the order receipt, the screenshot of messages containing courier details, video o[censored]nboxing the package and also an image of the product that I received. I had ordered 2 of the Space Blue pouch but recieved 1 Unicorn Pink pouch. I contacted sbi rewardz regarding it, they said it will be resolved within 3 working days. After constant calls and emails for weeks they arranged a call with Instaplay care. The number from which I received the call is [protected]. They said they will arrange a pickup and issue a refund. The pickup was supposed to happen yesterday on 01/11/2025, I waited whole day, nobody came neither they called. Then at night I recieved a message saying pickup was not done due to incomplete address. So I called the pickup guy today and he says "Mai udhar ni jata hu islie pickup ni kia, aap fir se pickup ka request daal dijie." So I asked why didn't he put that reason for not doing the pickup instead of putting incomplete address, he said nothing and just cut the call. Now to again arrange a pickup I will have to go through the same process again, by contacting SBI rewardz and that's will not even ensure pickup and refund. The order I placed was supposed to be surprise Diwali Gifts for children has now become a nightmare for me. All my details including my contact number are in the screenshot of the receipt.
