My credit card account has been blocked due to some security reasons. I am following with credit card account customer services from last two months. I contacted their nodal officer as well. And i confirmed about the transactions and i provided all the security information's needed for them to unlock my account. But still my account block exists. Even though i provided all the required information's, there is no response from them and its a huge delay from them to take any actions.. Its been 2 months i am following for a single issue.
Since i am outside india, my registered mobile number may not be reached.. Please reach to my alternate number +[protected]Qatar). This same thing i mention in my emails to them.
