Ma'am for every problem their is a solution.
Please do let me know how can I authorise SBI cap to sell my bonds though I have on my letter head already authorised SBI CAP and credit the amount in my bank account or their would be a form for same. Authorisation to deviate from laid down procedure should be taken at your end . I am sure as a one of case if you desire you can process the case and take approval of two/three up in your channel of hierarchy.

1. Lock-in Period for SGB is 7 Years which expires on 17 Mar 25, however these can be liquidated after five years, thus my request for liquidation and credit in my bank account.(read last line of SGB certificate again attached)
2. Digitally signed CML from SMC/PNB already provided.(again attached)
3. Authority letter authorising SBI CAP to liquidate these SGBs and credit amount in my bank already provided.(again attached)
4. Certificate with regards to operation of demat account after demise of my wife by self already provided (again attached). Please understand that she was a housewife and all investments were looked after by me.
5. If above is not feasible please activate said Demat account as it is dormant and I will do the needful. Please don't make me run around for my own hard earned money.

(a) Yes, being nominee I had operated my late wife Mrs Ranjana Gupta's Demat Account with SBI CAP post her death and diluted all the holdings less these 5 SGB (due to minimum 5 year lock-in period). Certificate on my letter head is enclosed.
(b) Digitally signed CML as provided by my DP.
(c) Copy of gold bond certificate.
(c) Since you have stated that transfer from CDSL to NSDL is not feasible. I am giving authority letter on my letter head duly signed by self giving POWER OF ATTORNEY to SBI CAP to liquidate these 5 SGB and transfer proceeds to my PNB account as mentioned in CML.
3. Request assist in getting the proceeds of these 5 SGBs credited to my account being Nominee. Other Forms and documents as desired have already been received at your end.
