In the month of nov 2018, sbp group sent a letter stating that i am to win an assured gift worth 20, 000 rs if i register my flat unit 751, before 31st dec and take possession. We had to register the property anyway and finally did so before 25 dec. On 5 jan, we took the possession and my father rotated their wheel of fortune and won a refridgerator worth 20, 000rs, which has not been delivered till date. Their sales and marketing staff has been shuffling all kinds i of excuses since then and finally i was asked to contact someone named ms ritu vansil @ [protected]@sbpgroup.in in their team, who sent me an assurance mail (Attached) that i will receive either the gift or the amount before 25th april. I contacted her again 2 days back for the follow-up on this and received no satisfactory response. Their overall sales and service conduct has been very negative with their customers. Despite all such fake and negative tactics, they call themselves the number 1 company of that region.
