Sc Technology — they are demanding 10000 rupees as penalty

My sister was searching for online jobs to work in her spare time and came across an advertisement by SC Technology and they called her the next day offering online CAPTCHA filling work.

They make sure that you don't read the agreement at the time of taking the acceptance letter but that all changed after some days. The person who called her was making her send it back to her again and was insisting her not to read it.

They offered Rs. 2.00 for every correct CAPTCHA and that she has to complete 12000 CAPTCHA's in 12 days and that there should be 90% accuracy to get the contract done.

It didn't seem suspicious at the start but soon on the first day itself, she realized that the website was rigged and it was making sure that she doesn't get 90% accuracy at all. I checked it the next day and found out that it was really rigged to display wrong results as i was writing down every CAPTCHA that i was filling and at the end, compared both the results and validated that it was rigged never to reach 90% accuracy at all.

My sister contacted the company to terminate the contract immediately but they were asking for Rs. 6000 as penalty for incomplete work and that then only they will terminate the contract.
Today, someone ( ADV MANE B.Com.L.L.B.) sent a document to her mail stating that she has to pay penalty + Rs. 3000 as his fees + Rs. 1000 as processing charges and to pay total of Rs.10000 as penalty or else he will find a legal court case in her name.
This started to scare all o[censored]s and after searching online found that it was a fraud company.
But, now they are still harassing that pay the penalty or else they will drag us to the court and take it by all legal actions.
Please help us get out of situation.
Please tell us what we need to do to get out of situation as we don't want to get involved to such an extent as most people are.
Please help us sir/ma'am.
I request you to please take the necessary action so that other people don't get fooled by this fake and fraud company.
