Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Scaler Academy for unethical practices and false claims made during their enrollment process. I had paid an amount of ₹20, 000 towards the admission fees, with the transaction number: T2409281904419811953526

Scaler Academy enticed me with various promises, including guaranteed placement assistance, high-quality course content, and personalized mentorship. However, after the payment was made, I realized that these promises were completely misleading and false. The services provided are nowhere near what was claimed at the time of enrollment.

Upon realizing this, I immediately requested a refund, but the academy has refused to return my money. This has not only caused me financial distress but has also subjected me to significant emotional trauma, as I invested my hard-earned money based on false promises. The lack of transparency and refusal to address my concerns have deeply affected my trust in such educational institutions.

I am now left with no choice but to file this formal complaint with the Consumer Forum, requesting strict action against Scaler Academy. I believe they are misleading many other students in a similar manner, and it is important that their practices are investigated and addressed.

They have mentioned that in their terms and conditions. The refund should be made within 14 days but they aren’t following it. They are giving false claims and looting money from students and professionals. They all get into loan traps.

I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the refund of my admission fees and taking appropriate action against Scaler Academy to prevent them from exploiting more students in the future.
